This is the release that rewrote the CX architecture. Every previous Custom Line blade stacked three parts; BK1-50I splits the Main Blade in two, yielding Lock Chip Bahamut, the Blitz Metal Blade, the Break Over Blade above it, and the Knuckle Assist Blade below — four layers where there were three. That is why the code carries two letters instead of one, and it is the entire reason the Expand Blade branding exists.
The mechanical goal is a single concentrated strike zone. Blade and ratchet align their contact points rather than distributing them, the center of gravity sits low, and the assembly is meant to move quickly and commit to one decisive blow. Blitz is a heavy metal blade, 1-50 is among the more broadly useful low ratchets available, and Ignition is new to this set.
It reached Japan at the end of March 2026, which is far too recent for a real verdict. Early impressions of Blitz lean positive but matchup-dependent. Buy it for the parts and the format shift, not for a ranking that does not exist yet.
