Phoenix Rudder came as the headline of the UX-07 Deck Set in August 2024, packaged with Sphinx Cowl 1-80GF and Wyvern Gale 2-60S. Buying a deck set for one blade is always a value question, and here the answer leans on the package as a whole — three usable tops for 3-on-3 play, which is what the set exists to enable.
The blade is an inverted six-sided taper meant to sit low and still on Glide, a POM ball-tipped stamina bit with protruding plastic edges that limit tilt. The intent is attrition: park it, let the opponent burn itself out.
Reception has been mixed and honest reviewers say so.
