Released in August 2024, Leon Crest is one of the heaviest blades of its era and built accordingly — three upward-angled claws that give it both a defensive wall and enough bite to punish an attacker that commits badly. Weight does most of the work here; it holds position under pressure from top-tier hitters instead of being displaced by them.
The reputation it carries is as the reference point for defense in Beyblade X, and the reason is consistency rather than any single spectacular trait. It survives the exchanges that decide matches, then keeps turning long after the aggressor has spent itself.
Parts-wise, the interesting story is the Gear Needle bit.
