Wizard Arrow is a round, smooth Stamina blade with two large sweeping sections that act as its main contact points, with weight set toward the outer edge. The smooth outline is the point: opposing blades slide off rather than catching, so it takes hits with little recoil. At about 31.8 g it is one of the lighter blades of the first wave.
Low recoil is its strength and its limit. It holds up well against attack and defense combos, Dran Sword builds in particular, because hits glance off instead of bouncing it out. But the light weight and imperfect balance make it wobble and tilt earlier than it should, so in straight stamina mirrors it usually loses to the heavier, steadier Hells Scythe. BeyBase’s early guide treated it more as a defense blade than a stamina one for that reason, and noted that very hard hits still get through.
It sits best on 3-60 or 4-60, which keep it low and help the balance problem, with Needle, High Needle or Ball underneath. Needle builds were the common defensive choice. Players who need more spin time move to Hells Scythe, and those who want a heavier low-recoil option try Hells Chain.
