Crimson Garuda Blade

Crimson Garuda is an oval Balance blade split into two large wings, each carrying three contact points: a small one sloped downward for smash, a thicker one sloped upward, and a long upward-sloped blade behind it for upper attack. Takara Tomy also markets it as two-sided in use: the upper faces are meant to lose less stamina on contact, while the lower faces are meant for counter-hits. The oval outline exaggerates movement, so even on a stationary bit it wanders more than most Balance blades, which some players describe as erratic.

That mix of smash and upper attack gives it options, but no single strength. At about 35 g it is mid-weight, it has neither the stamina of a dedicated stamina blade nor the knockout power of a real attacker, and the raised upper-attack points leave the ratchet exposed, which hurts burst resistance. Fan wiki testing calls it outclassed for competition and fine for casual play. BeyMeta’s tier list still shows it picking up a few WBO podium points, enough for a low B tier, so it is a fringe choice that can steal matches rather than a staple.

The stock 4-70 Trans Point changes height after an Xtreme Dash. The wiki’s main suggestion is the 9-60 ratchet, whose low, wide profile covers some of the exposed ratchet and steadies its burst problem. Players who like the upper-attack idea but want more consistency usually move to established Balance or Attack blades.
