Flat Bit (F)

Flat is the baseline attack bit of Beyblade X: a wide, plastic flat tip with a shallow dimple in the middle and the standard gear count around its edge. That broad contact patch means it never settles into one spot — it walks the outer wall of the stadium almost immediately after launch and keeps riding it, which is exactly what you want when the goal is repeated contact with the X-Celerator rail and repeated Xtreme Dashes.

It is a staple rather than a specialist. Nobody claims Flat is the fastest bit in the format, but it is the one most attack builds are measured against, and it is the first attack bit most players should own. The tradeoff is baked into the shape: stamina is poor, and a hard launch at a bad angle will send the bey straight out of the ring under its own power.

Flat wants aggressive, high-recoil blades and short-to-mid ratchets that keep it low and biting. Players chasing more raw speed step up to Low Flat or Gear Flat; players chasing consistency drop back to Rush or move to Taper.
